After owning only Xbox products for years, I am realizing why. I thought Microsoft made terrible controllers until I bought one for my boyfriend’s PS5. It was a Christmas gift 2024 and it’s January 2025 and it’s already basically trash. The buttons started sticking after a week and now they barely even work. As much money as people must spend to replace these controllers, Sony could afford to give away the PS5. Boo Sony! Stop wasting people’s hard earned money on worthless garbage

Not much to say about this controller that hasn't been said in video reviews already. It was the basic color I liked the least, but to actually own it I can say it's an appealing color that goes nicely with the other basic colors (black, white, and red). In every other way it's just like any other PS5 DualSense. Key issues with these in the past for me is the analog sticks are far less durable than the rest of the controller and will likely experience drift/off-centering long before the rest of the controller wears out.

I bought it for my grandson. I gave it to him as an early Christmas present because his PlayStation remote broke. He says it's working excellent it's doing really good. I use my Walmart cash and I I really made him happy by letting him have it early because he couldn't play PlayStation five because his remote was junk but this new one he really loves it so thank you and it was a good price too and I'm recommending it to all my friends. I bought this controller to replace my old controller, which got analog stick drift 8 months in. Drift is when one or both of the sticks give input even when not being touched i.e. the camera or character move/drift on their own. In several more months, when this controller's analog sticks begin drifting, I will have to pay $75 to replace this one. I'm not sure if the flaw was intentional or not, but it is irritating, always happens, makes Sony a mountain of cash, and will never be corrected. The rest of the controller is of superb quality.

Firstly, it doesn't even come with the cord you need to use. It. Secondly even after spending another ten dollars on the cord the thing won't even connect. I clearly got a dud with a inoperable USB C port. Haven't been able to enjoy my games because I chose this junk of a remote to replace my Xbox controller. No chance I'll waste money on a PS5. Sony is a joke for not putting the cord with it. $80. For a controller that's a paper weight.

my husband loves his controller, i thought it was going to be a slightly more red but its still a pretty cool color! we havent had any issues with buttons sticking like previous controllers which is a blessing. the speaker is decent and i like that we dont have to have a headset anymore.
