It worked for a week and then it quit and still it doesn’t work at all. I tried resetting it to see if that would fix it. It didn’t fix it. The controller won’t turn on or flash blue or anything it’s a useless piece of plastic now that I spent $75 on

liked the looks but dont like that the headphone jack is malfunctioning after right at 2 months of use i plug them in one side works not other thiught it had to be headset so bought another headset same thing wiggle it and both come on and go out would not recommend if u use headset

So the controller arrived today and it had packing tape over the box security sticker and the inner cardboard holding the controller was torn. Seems pretty clear this was a returned item. Can’t test it yet as I’m still waiting for the console but it looks to be in ok condition. Shady to charge full price on Walmarts end and then ship this though.

im glad i got the warranty because it seems playstation control quality since ps3 has plummeted....less than 5 months of gameplay and was already have drift issues as well as by the end the joysticks cycling themselves....for what we are paying for these controls it is embarrassing and borderline unacceptable that a company with such class and attention to detail has eroded to a company that makes things that dont last 6 months let alone the test of time.

Amazing feel, very proud of the new controller concept. Feels more friendly towards people with bigger hands and still keeps the same sensation for people with small hands. controller did not come with a USB Type C and i was incredibly disappointed with that but whatever other then that amazing!

we needed to have two with how often we play. my son plays on his ps5 a lot and we were always running around looking for cords (Because my son has a habit of going through cords in a twenty four hour time period) so i bouoght a charging dock and now with having another controller, he can switch to the second one when his first one dies

The shipping box had a giant label saying “time sensitive.” It may as well had said “steal me.” And it looked like someone (either the fedex courier or Walmart employee) had opened the shipping box to see take a peak and attempted re-taped it poorly. I hope this doesn’t happen with the PS5. The dual sense controller itself looks and feels fantastic in the hands. But I can’t test it until PS5 arrives.

The controller feels and looks good (very beautiful sky blue) and all buttons feel very responsive, but its a little to big for my small hands. If you're going to use it on pc make sure to disable the mic-in feature so you don't lose your audio when connecting the controller to your computer.

Pretty mid, tbh. I recently bought my third and fourth dualsense controllers for my ps5 that i got on launch day. the same issues broke my first three controllers, the left analog stick broke. eventually, all the analog stocks begin to rotate in the socket, and the R3 button broke in two of them. pretty disappointing design. i opted to buy two more of them, though, instead of the new dualsense edge because that thing is $200! yeah, you can replace the analog stick units, but those cost $50 each! i paid less for a whole dual sense controller with the recent sale. the whole thing is a racket. the only upside to these controllers is they’re pretty comfy. they lack in functionality (no back buttons), and they’re pretty fragile.

I was buying and had a Playstation 5 and extra controller in my cart and then as I proceeded to checkout and I was so happy I was getting a ps5 it pushed the order through and kicked out the ps5. So naturally I am very upset with walmart and their app I now have a ps5 controller and no ps5.
