Upon opening of the package, I noticed the controller was much lighter than the 4 I own already. I then tried to pair it to my ps5 console with an official PlayStation charge cable. And my system kept telling me it was a DualShock controller and not a DualSense. I did not want to waste time so I immediately initiated a return.

Great Controller like always. They need to make batteries replaceable so customers do not have to buy another controller. This one I bought as a second controller because the batteries die kind of fast in my opinion and I can have another controller on standby.

The quality of Playstation products has dropped considerably. The controllers don't last as long anymore. I had to replace one that was only 6 months old due to joystick drift. Bought a Playstation pro head set and it sucks. It echoes horribly and never have been able to get it to connect via Bluetooth.

The red Circle button doesn’t work half the time. As well as the R2 trigger. Having a hard time getting a fully functional PlayStation 5 controller as the one controller that came with the new system the “ X “ button sticks. Used original controller to confirm this one doesn’t work like it should either. This review should reflect upon Sony the manufacturer not Walmart the seller. Poor controller overall.

My previous controllers failed the way with the ole unsteady left stick issue!! I know it’s a flaw in their controller system because so many failed like this! It’s like these controllers are not durable and can’t take a man’s hand strength!! Plus the warranty Sony gives are only 90 days. So it might be time to get a Walmart Plus warranty or try other brands controller!

First, I have to admit I do not play the PS five myself, but my boyfriend does and we recently had to get him a new controller. It’s funny because I really like the color of this controller. He really likes the color of this controller. It’s working great no issues so far. I’m not a gamer but hey, I love the color lol

I got it. We’re very nice deal for my fiancé‘s birthday, and he was so beyond happy/excited to receive it brand new and its box. Nothing wrong with. It works perfectly fine. Nice and sealed up. Got it with no problems controller looks exactly like the photos same color and everything very beautiful. It’s perfect.

These things are junk. I have to buy 3-4 a year. Getting to the point of spending more on remotes than the console. I thought I’d be smart and purchase the warranty to go with it last time. Nope, since they break so quick I have to go through Sony. Well, Sony isn’t right around the corner like Walmart is. I think I’ll just pack them up for a year and then apply for the warranty.

What is there to say - there's only one licensed PS5 controller out there that I'm aware of, so why not get the official one. Overall this is really easy to use, high quality and durable - I've had mine for a year and it still works perfectly well. I've had previous controllers where a button gets stuck or stops working after a short while and never had any problems here.
