I like the item I bought it, but Could you guys be so kind to keep the privacy of the things I'm buying, you sent the PS5 controller in its original box, my son got the order and it was a surprise Christmas present for him. please

with only maybe a week of play, not even continuously, controller analog wasn't controlling my movements correctly. started moving my characters without me pressing anything. too expensive for it to not work efficiently.

The R1 button and i haven't received a refund for the item and i ahve their crappy protection plan that I've been waiting on a refund for 11 days, ues 11 days without a controller.

controller keeps disconnecting from system its brand new out the box. contact sony have to ship off at my expense and wait 15 days or so for a replacement

Great controller but make sure you get a warranty. Mines started drift left two months in and I'm seeing a lot of other people are having this problem.

Not sure why people have such bad experiences with controllers. Stop being so rough on them?….never had a stick drift issue or any issue with any of the 4 remotes I've owned for almost 2 years now
