Item was broken. R1 button was sticky. Mute button was sticky. It sounded like broken pieces of plastic on the side were loose and shaken around.

I purchased the controller because I needed a new one. I love how it's dark color and sleek. I think it is better than the whote ones.

The controller now does not charge and only works when it wants to it barley is used as for it's my husband favorite and cherishes it

I love it! Waiting was hard and it took a few days only, but the suffering due to impatience was negligible :)

ps5 controllers are poorly made. break super easy and never work quite right. cause issues when playing any game. but stuck with ps equipment.

Second controller I’ve ordered from Walmart and both have arrived opened and unboxed; the first controller I ordered also came damaged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was perfect, came in the next day pretty quickly as well!

Arrived well packaged on expected date. Works well, easy to connect, nice quality. Grandson loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was as expected, and cost the regular retail price.

Definitely buy the warranty if you’re a frequent gamer. The joystick wore out on our other remote with 4 gamers in the house.
