first personal shopper was rude..second was nice but couldnt find my order he had to go get another one which wasnt the color i wanted..most horrible experience i have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When replacing controllers for PS5, we ONLY purchase Sony products. The other brands, while they may be cheaper, don't always hold up as well.

I bought this for my daughter and she loves the color. The color is a deep metallic red . I was afraid it might look pink because my daughter hates the color pink but it is a very good dark red

The brought the ps5 controller out to me and the seal was broken already on the box when I got it home to test it the right trigger jams and the left trigger is really loose. I will be returning it tomorrow for refund.

I bought 2 new ps5 controllers and both are having issues, both having a weird desync making play impossible, batteries not updating to show charge, is very annoying

i am on my 9th ps5 controller all have the same issue. left toggle does not work properly after 1 or 2 weeks. along with a couple buttons. terrible quality

I bought this to fix the stick drift with my OG controller. And this brand new one has stick drift after about a month of use. This is bonkers. I'm not sure what Sony is doing here, and if it's hardware in the controller, or something else.

Used curbside pickup, was great. Short wait time. Controller is a Sony, works as expected. Just remember to use a cable to initialize the Controller to the Playstation first.

Ps5 controller was on sale for an amazing affordable price! I recommend if you’re going to give your family or friends this controller for Christmas you should do it during the holidays for amazing prices 10/10 experience!
