This controller did not say it was a refurb and it was. It was also a terrible quality refurb. Dirt buildup and scratches on the controller as well as drifting issue or whatever my son said. I contacted the vendor and they wouldnt even message back.

Only bad thing with PS5 controllers vs PS4 don’t drop controller numerous times. PS4 controller is just more durable but most because PS5 controller is heavy as heck

I needed a ps5 controller for my grandson and couldn't pick it up and it was delivered the very next day for free. Nowadays anything free is for me!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a xmas present , so, hasnt been tested yet . Sony is a reliable company , so I trust it will be ok .

As stated, it is a good controller. In fact, its the best one I've had, ever. The only problem with my order in particular was, it came in white instead of black. Had I ordered another color, I would've paid more for a cheaper controller.

I love that it’s purple and I got it on black Friday so the discount was awesome! I lost my other two moving. The connection is perfect. No issues. Seems solid and didn’t have any smells out of package.

If I used the strongest microscope in the world to examine this controller, I still could not find a flaw. Also, when I walk into a room It feels like two people just left.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PS5 controllers are well made, and I really liked the blue color. Sprinkle in the fact that they were on sale and you have a winning combination.

Dualsense controllers are awesome. I love the haptic feedback, and how comfortable they feel in the hand. I have had multiple of these controllers and have had 0 issues with them. The white color matches my PS5 perfectly

bought it for my son as an early Christmas present and he said he LOVES it! half his life is spent on the ps5 so im guessing it works great. he says it does!
