This controller is the perfect color and hasn’t given me any problems despite long play-hours! The one that came with my ps5 was garbage and the mic port never did work! This one is 100x better!

Love the design and it is licensed by sony however not even a well of having this controller the buttons stopped working and would go in and out when shaking the controller so I’m sure I got a defective product

i love this color, and controller. i purchased this color to match my Spiderman Edition Ps5 Console, PERFECT.... still wish i could just find a new Spiderman one.

Has controller drift so bad on the left stick my character won't stop walking left. Despite the controller being advertised as brand new it appears to be a refurbished.

The price wasn’t much better than other stores only by a few dollars I waited too long for it and tracking it was the worst thing I tried to track you never updated the tracking so you really need to improve that.

Sadly most PS 5 controllers end up having stick drift within a few days to a few months of use. I have went through 6 controllers in the last 2 years because of this. Hopefully Sony can somehow resolve this issue.

We all love this one because the blue is so pretty. We have to make the kids take turns with this one (even tho we have a purple and two white controllers) because it's their favorite one.

My controller stopped working right after only having a few months stick drift very bad an the remote looks brand new my only mistake was not knowing i didn't get insurance smh waste of money

Unfortunately these ps5 remotes are not built very well. This is the second remote I’ve had to buy for my husband in less than a year because the joystick starts to malfunction. Wish they built them sturdier for how expensive they are.
