Love the design and it is licensed by sony however not even a well of having this controller the buttons stopped working and would go in and out when shaking the controller so I’m sure I got a defective product

Worked great for a couple months and the it and then after about three months it became very glitch… like none of the buttons work. They bounce all over the place and won’t let you click on what you are trying to do.

The PlayStation 5 console is a really good system. I love it so far. I've had no problems out of any PlayStation 5 remote that I have bought and I absolutely love the new color Volcano.

Product does not charge, the joysticks are messed up. Just a faulty controller that was bought BRAND NEW! Not buying anymore gaming accessories here. I will just purchase it at SONY from now on.

An absolute pain to get to work on PC but when you do the DUALSENSE features are pretty cool (with the games it works on) overall not a bad purchase for 25% off

My controller was used for about 3 weeks and it start drifting and I thought maybe it would fix it self because it was still new but no it got worst and worst as the weeks went on now it’s in a drawer pretty brand new because it won’t work anymore

Boyfriend loves his new ps5 and controller the haptics are great so immersive he was so psyched he had to show me and have me try it Quite the experience

happy they had the remote on sale. then two weeks later it was 20 cheaper. a price adjustment was not honored. but overall love the feel of this remote. for some reason the audio jack was a little off.

Have had to buy new controllers every year or so due to stick drift. Making games difficult to play. The new pro controller has replaceable sticks that cost more than a new controller.
