The instructions and illustrations made it very easy to assemble. I suggest buying the wheels for it, but if you do purchase the wheels, be sure to purchase 2 sets, because they are only sold in sets of 2 and not 4. I'm not sure why anyone would want to only buy a set if 2 tires. But overall the cabinet is nice and it seems to be durable.

Very happy with our purchase. We ordered several other pieces to complete our garage and it looks fantastic. A few things to be aware of: -REQUIRES ASSEMBLY (just be ready for a few hours of assembly work, but it’s worth it) - 1 or two pieces had dents from shipping. If there are big puncture holes in your boxes, check those areas for dents to be sure they will not interfere with assembly. We were lucky both our smallish dents were on back panels and did not interfere with assembly - Finally, I wish the metal was a bit thicker, especially on bottom and shelves. The paint finish is top notch, all screws go in perfectly. Overall, for price, absolutely great value and quality.

Fairly easy to put together,all the pieces fit perfectly,directions pretty easy to follow,very sturdy cabinet..plus they send extra screws just in case you lose one!

I bought this cabinet from Sam's Club. It took two days to deliver the package because the first FedEx driver said it was too heavy. However, another driver delivered it the next day. The cabinet took two people 1.5 hours to put together. Unfortunately, one of the back panels was dented in several places and I reordered the replacement piece twice and both replacements were dented in shipping. I decided to reshape the panel myself and although it was not perfect, the imperfection does not show against the wall. It is important to know that the Seville customer service reps were very helpful in the process. I also paid extra to get the wheels and am glad I did that so I could store things under it and move it easily. The end result was a beautiful white cabinet that hides my garage paraphernalia. I am considering getting another smaller cabinet to store my handled tools.

Box weighs 150+ pounds, so it won't survive shipping unscathed. Bought this at Mr. Walton's club so I could examine boxes in stock for likely damage. Managed to find one with only minor gouges. When opened, found only two small dented areas that were easily bent back into shape (the cabinet wall and door metal is adequate, but very light weight). Assembly was straightforward. LOTS of screws (use a drill driver set on 3 or 4). When assembled, it's quite "floppy," but stands straight when the feet are leveled and the unit is against a wall, ideally connected with tie-down straps (supplied). Unless your floor is totally level, the optional wheels won't work; the cabinet would sit kittywampus and the doors wouldn't close. The only actual defect was that two places where corner guard/connector screws should go didn't have holes or the receiving nuts in the cabinet body. I just attached the guard/connector with the screws that did have the required nuts, drilled screw-sized holes where the nuts were missing, and self-tapped the machine screws into the cabinet housing -- not a strong connection, but the other screws on the corner guard/brace should be adequate to hold the connection together. I like the large size and three shelves -- very useful -- but I will leave it behind when we move. It would never survive commercial movers. Even a tight strap on a hand cart would likely distort it, if not collapse it, It is simply too big for the light weight metal used.

Took Professional Handyman 3 hours to assemble. Arrived damaged and would only accept an exchange or refund IF I RETURNED IT TO THE STORE. No compensation. How was I supposed to bring a 200 pound plus item in pieces by myself back to the store? Had to pay my Handyman the extra hour to figure out how to work around the damage.

Decent quality cabinet for the price. We might have been able to be pleased with it, but it barely survived the shipping. Dented in multiple places…bottom was nearly caved in. The box was not in any condition to be reused for a return so we went ahead and put the cabinet together. The condition of the bottom shelf almost prevented it from working as it should so we had to strong arm it a bit. Super disappointing.

So I purchased this online. Received it rather quick. On a weekend, I went to put it together to find that over half of the items were damaged and by damaged I mean crushed. I called the customer service number and they were closed. I called the closest Sams club near my home which was about 110 miles away hence the online order. The Palm Desert, CA manager pulled the last one and held it for me to drive out the following week. I know it wasn’t damaged in shipping because the exterior of the shipping box had no dents or tears in it and the packing foam was all in tact which leads me to believe this was how the manufacturer packaged it. So I drove the 110 miles to my Sams Club and swapped out for the new one. I made sure there was no damage to the exterior of this box and there was none. Drove home and opened the box because had I opened it at the store I would have never gotten it back together. As I pulled all the pieces out and inspected them the last piece (top piece) was crushed in the corner of the paneling. Frustrated I went ahead and pounded out the metal so it would at least fit on this item. I was not pleased after spending a little over $550 for the added top and casters.

Terrible customer service many problems with the delivery and having to rectify the situation with numerous agents who couldn't speak good English. Then after they realized over a week later that they were at fault for some of the problems that happen they offered me $100 refund but the only way I could get it is to sign up for a new membership because my previous one expired because my local store was shut down over a year ago. Now there is no store within 80 miles from my house in another state so then I can only use the $100 credit in their store with 75% of the stuff I want to purchase cannot be delivered terrible terrible solution they should have just gave me a credit towards my original purchase on the problems I received. WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM SAM'S AGAIN

When we received the cabinet, the box was damaged with holes and dented, the cabinet doors were dented to the point that we could not assemble it. What is the next step to resolve this problem?
