I didn’t realize that broccoli florets are steam in bag. Tried microwave, cooking method in water and a steamer basket and air fryer basket. Still florets were soggy.

Every time I buy them I would hope they will be different and I have been buying them for years but they hardly ever change. They are closer to broccoli crumbs rather than broccoli florets. You CANNOT serve this to your guests. They just look like leftovers good for the trash. Everything is broken to pieces the florets are now crumbs at the bottom of the pot. You have just little trunks with no flowers. Sometimes I buy them from BJ's and the BJ's look so good. The people in charge should go buy a bag and you will see what I mean. You guys need quality control.
