Purchased this for the first time with you guys and I love it, a part was missing and your service dept. Was on it right away, got it fast and once it was put together I was worth the wait.

The upholstery on the back board is poorly made. The seam around the the top looks like it will split at any time. There were missing wooden slats that support the bed.

The backboard was too high above the mattress. There is a 3" space between the top of my mattress and the lower edge of the backboard. Does not look good at all. I also thought that the materials were 2nd rate and some of the installation did not go well because of the pieces not fitting well and then eventually started to squeak when sitting down on the bed or rolling over. NOT GOOD!!

The bed was easy to assemble and looks good. However, there needs to be additional supports for the side rails. They come in two pieces and are attached with hardware. This is not strong enough. After sleeping in the bed one night the rails are noticeably sagging where they are joined. I am going to have to add another support that I make or send the bed back.

Very pretty, but sides aren't as sturdy as expected. Each side has 2 pieces. The iron template added for stability can't be installed as there are no pre-drilled holes for it. Ended up putting this to the side and purchasing a mattress frame instead.

Bought this for my 6 year old her first big girl bed. After not even two weeks the main support was bending. The kid wasn't acting crazy jumping on the bed just sleeping and lounging. Which leads me to believe it's the bed supports it's self and the worst part is I can't even return this! Appearance wise it's a pretty color teal.

We are returning it! The bed was poorly made and assembly was impossible. The hardware was bent and the pre drilled holes for the screws were drilled incorrectly. The slats that hold the box spring and mattress were bowed. The fabric was also sewn poorly and the seams were uneven.

This platform bed has curved slats so the mattress does not sit flat on the bed. Other than that the appearance is nice.

There were NO instructions in the box. I called and spoke to someone off shore who told me I could get directions in 3-5 days. The headboard and frame were a bear to put together.

Wrong size parts. I'm still trying to return the bed for two weeks. Being ignored.
