The mattress is very comfortable and doesn't retain body heat like my husband thought it would. We are both now waking to less aches and pains than we had with our old mattress...but it was a very old mattress! You have to learn how to sit on the side of the bed as the foam mattress isn't as stable on the edges as a regular mattress...just sit up higher than usual.

The memory foam is comfortable short term but overnight it became too warm and difficult to move if you changed positions.
