I am a 210 lbs. 50 y.o. male side-sleeper. This mattress is perfect for me. It is sitting on a solid plywood based Captain's Bed.. It's not any hotter than any other mattress I have owned & seems to be a bit cooler. Sheets and mattress pads play a HUGE role in how hot/cool you sleep at night BTW. I love my Dr. Oz recommended cool sheets & pad. I tried a couple of other gel/memory foam mattresses from another warehouse that were too stiff. I added gel toppers to them & it made them too soft. I've tried traditional mattresses costing up to 3 times as much that I hated after about a year. The price is right, take a chance, return it to Sam's if you don't love it like I do.

My husband and I ordered this bed as our Christmas present . After researching some of the big name brands, they were just too pricey! We searched for an alternate that was compatible in comparison to some the big name brands. There were such good reviews on this mattress we decided to take a chance, and go for it! I was nervous about ordering a mattress online, but it was a great choice! We have had the mattress over a month now and love it. The mattress is soft yet firm, but I like that you really don't feel your partner move or toss & turn! It really does help our back support too!

I'm 6'2 and 280 lbs so finding the right mattress is important. I have just been through open heart surgery in the past eight weeks and wanted a firm supporting bed because I was up and down every couple of hours. The 13' Memory Foam mattress with Gel to date has been every thing I hoped for at a price this senior could afford. I strongly suggest every one look at one of the this product.

We love these mattresses. We first bought a king size a year or more ago and had it delivered right to the house. THAT (delivery) was worth it. Then, since we were so happy with it we bought a queen size for my sons room and just purchased 3 twin size for spare bedrooms. It's super soft and comfortable and we don't get hot in the humid summers here in Michigan thanks to the gel top. We just unpacked them and they popped into shape pretty quick. I have a bad lower back and most beds agitate it--since sleeping on this I have had no issues. Soft yet firm enough for me. Also, when my husband rolls over or gets in or out of bed you don't even feel it. Prior to this we purchased one off the shelf (can't remember which brand) in a box and it never rolled out right and we had to take it back (that was a huge hassle--had to borrow a truck etc) to Sams Club. I'm glad we took a deep breath and waiting for shipping (didn't take long at all) on these. We couldn't set the beds up that day--but it was worth waiting a week or so. For the twins we also bought the metal platform style frames. Super easy to set up and move the beds around.

Ordered online it came within a few days, box was big and cumbersome but not too heavy. Unboxed and flipped the mattress roll end over end up the stairs. Once in the bedroom I removed plastic bag and additional plastic covering. Rolled out over the boxspring (used existing). It quickly expanded and within an hour it seemed to be at full height. There was a slight odor but that subsided a few days later. It is not any harder to move around then a traditional mattress. I waited 24 hours before sleeping on it, once in bed the mattress contours around the heaviest parts of your body. If you lay on your back with you arms out the mattress cradles your head, torso, and buttocks but your arms/legs on resting on surface, almost like floating in water. I normally sleep on my side or stomach, always seem to wake up when on my back but with this unit I can sleep soundly on my back. I prefer a hard bed and this seems to be medium firm but very comfortable. I do not think you will be disappointed with this purchase, on a side note my dog seems to love it too.

We had a Cal King airbed also from Sam's but this airbed did not worked for us. We replaced it with this Cal King 13" Night Therapy Gel Memory Foam made by Zinus and we couldn't be happier. This bed supports my back, waking up in the morning with very little or no pain. My wife loved it as well. We have exactly the same bed in a queen size for about 3 years that we slept from time to time and we were always delighted so we decided to get rid of the airbed and we're glad we did. This 13" Night Therapy Gel Memory Foam bed is very much appreciated!

I bought this bed to replace an 8 year old pillow top. I bought a previous memory foam mattress by this same company (I believe) from Sam's for a guest bedroom over a year ago. After sleeping on it many nights, I realized how comfortable the mattress really was and the price was great. I was a little reluctant to buy this not having tried it out or seeing it in person. But since my previous purchase turned out OK, I went for it. Unpacking, airing it out, etc. all went as you would expect. I've slept on this mattress for about 3 months now. The first month, it was pretty firm. Not hard, but very firm. Now, it is still firm but not as firm. I find it to be a good compromise between firm and soft. I'm 6' and 190lbs. My girlfriend loves it. She's 5'3" and 115lbs. My 9 month old son sleeps between us and he loves it too. The way I see it, if this mattress lasts 3-4 years, it's worth every penny. I fully expect it to last longer. The price point, comfort level and quality can't be beat.

I tried to wait to write this review, but I love this memory foam mattress, and Sam's club keeps sending me annoying emails to rate this item. We purchased the king size mattress about a month ago. It came rolled up and vacuum packed. Shipped from FedEx. Very heavy odd box to move by yourself. The box came banged up, but coming from Cali to Michigan I guess that's to be expected.The mattress inside is double wrapped, very easy to set up. There was hardly any smell or oder from it. It took about 2 days for the mattress to completely firm up, but we slept on it the first night. I use to toss and turn on the old coil springs. This bed I do not move at all. I don't wake up at night now. Its so relaxing, and now I get a full nights sleep. A lot of others that left reviews complained about being hot. But its winter now, I feel warm. But you do sink about 2 inches into the foam. Hopefully the cool gel helps with the hot summer nights. I searched months and looked at so many reviews for mattresses. I sat on the other memory foam mattress at Sam's club. I decided to take a gamble with this one. Plus Sam's club would take it back if I wasn't completely satisfied for a full refund. My only complaint about the king size mattress is its about two inches wider on the sides then the box springs. But the bed skirt hides that. But do your own searching. Hope my review helps you choose. But well worth the $665.

Before purchasing this mattress we were actually looking into a sleep number bed. Which the deluxe king model we wanted was 4 times what we paid for this mattress. I actually sat on a different memory foam bed in the store and thought it was really comfortable. I was worried about the warmth, because I like it cold while sleeping. So we saw this brad with the cool gel technology and thought we would give it a try. I told my husband if it wears out in 5 years, we still are saving versus buying the sleep number. We have been in the bed for over a week. I love the comfort. It is not to firm or soft... I have had multiple back surgeries and I know how important a mattress is to quality of sleep, and I am very pleased with our purchase... Fed ex's delivery is not ideal to say the least. The were late delivering the mattress and left it in the snow. We have a porch... It also weighs a lot so bring a friend. ;$

Now the mattress I had was beat. But even if I went from any new regular mattress to this,I'd still brag on the comfort. I'm so very happy with the whole process. Here's a tip, the fitted sheets are a bit costly for this size deep pocket, but.......I just bought the next size up from what I needed and it worked great.
