Bought this with hope in my heart that it would be a good purchase. I am very pleasantly surpised at what a great product this is. HINT: If your used to an innerspring mattress it will take a minute to get used to a foam based mattress but when you do you'll never want to go back to innerspring. Sams seems the only place to get the 13 inch model and I firmly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new mattress. As far a sleep , it's great. I sleep on this mattress as well as I've slept on any mattress in my life. Also I have hip pain when sleeping on other innerspring mattresses rated "hard" but no pain at all on this one. YEAH! Finally I paired this mattrus with the ZINUS platform bed sold elswhere for a total KING size bed solution under 800.00. How awesome is that!

I received the delivery with outside packing damaged. It has to be hard to handle since it is such a big box. However inside content was well protected. Waited for two days to let it inflate, but it only expanded to 12 inch and never goes higher. It is firmer than my last mattress but with an extra gel memory foam topper, we have been sleeping well so far. No smell, one side is a little lower than the rest of the mattress. The best of all, I didn't wake up with back pain!

My husband and I purchased this about a month ago. We were a little nervous about the quality and comfort we would get from a mattress that is rolled up in a box. We were VERY pleasantly surprised!! We have slept better and felt better as well!! It's definitely a good buy!!

We were in the market for a new mattress and I knew we liked the memory foam topper we had used for a couple of years, so I read all I could find about the new gel infused mattresses. Sam's Club seemed to have the best deal so we ordered it. Was delivered right to our door. Did have a slight odor for a few days but soon dissipated. We are sleeping better than ever and are very pleased with the purchase!

I am a 210 lbs. 50 y.o. male side-sleeper. This mattress is perfect for me. It is sitting on a solid plywood based Captain's Bed.. It's not any hotter than any other mattress I have owned & seems to be a bit cooler. Sheets and mattress pads play a HUGE role in how hot/cool you sleep at night BTW. I love my Dr. Oz recommended cool sheets & pad. I tried a couple of other gel/memory foam mattresses from another warehouse that were too stiff. I added gel toppers to them & it made them too soft. I've tried traditional mattresses costing up to 3 times as much that I hated after about a year. The price is right, take a chance, return it to Sam's if you don't love it like I do.

My husband & I almost spent $3,000 on a memory foam mattress and decided to wait. Oh my goodness! I'm so glad we waited. We just didn't want to spend so much but we had to get something, even if it was short term, because we both were suffering from bad sleep and back/hip/shoulder pains. I decided to just see what there was available on Sam's Club's website one afternoon and found this mattress for under $600. I read many reviews. Out of around 120 reviews there were only 2 or 3 negative so I decided to buy it. Delivery happened as it said it would. We slept on the mattress the first night after just 3 or 4 hours. We LOVE our bed!!! It provides the support we both need while still being soft and doesn't have the pressure points that makes your shoulders and hips hurt if you are a side sleeper. I've had 2 lower back surgeries so support is extremely important! I'm a tax professional and work 65 to 70 hours a week so a good night's sleep is imperative. I can't tell you how much better I feel and how much more rest I'm getting on this mattress. I just love, love, love it!

Delivered on time. Unpacked and setup, waited the 48 hour before using it. The mattress took shape right away. Excellent mattress. Great sleeper, great for those with back or leg problems. I have a bad back with hip problems, I sleep much better now. There was no odor from the mattress, that everyone has talks about.

Very comfortable. It's a little more firm than I thought it would be. I have lower back issues, this thus far has been the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. Even my husband loves it. He has RLS and I can't even tell anymore. Delivery was a breeze.. Came straight to my door, easy set up. Suggests that you wait 72 hours before sleeping on it.. We slept on it the first night. I recommend this product 100%

Loved it! I shopped and shopped online and in store for the right Mattress, all were very expensive. I had heard that the less inches on a memory foam bed the less comfortable it would be. I had seen at a Furniture store an 8" memory foam king size mattress over $1000. I have made major purchases with Sam's Club and all have been great Reviews and till this day those Items work great and are quality. I was Skeptical at first and scared to buy a Mattress from online but so happy I did. I saved money, and is great quality. I have seen reviews below about sinking in and I don't know how they would sink in? My husband weighs 175 and I weigh 140, so I don't see how!

My wife and I love this new bed. We've had it for a month and no complaints, just a great night sleep. The (smell) has gone away and I do recommend it for its comfort and value. The only con is that the sides tend to sag a bit when sitting on the corners vs a spring mattress. Besides that its great.
