We had some concerns about purchasing this bed because of the price but it sleeps REALLY, REALLY well. Our only negative comment would be the initial odor. It took a couple weeks to go away.

It is everything we hoped it would be. Absolutely love it. Everything it described online was true...easy to set up. We would never go back to a traditional mattress.

We thought the mattress was a little on the firm side at first. After sleeping on it for several nights this mattress does the job. The smell was there for the first week or so but it finally went away. We like the mattress.

I ordered this item on-line. It was shipped FedEx Ground and arrived two days earlier than expected. The mattress comes in a box and does not require a box spring since it is memory foam. We just got the new king size platform bed the same day the mattress came. We waited the 48 hours for the mattress to air out before we attempted to sleep on it as reccomended. You actually sink into the mattress.The firmness of this memory foam mattress is suppose to be a medium but is actually very soft and plush. If you want a soft plush cool feel this would be a good choice but if you prefer a med/firm to firm it is too soft. The cool gel is a good description since it is exactly that. We have had it almost a month now and are in process of returning it for a firmer brand. I filled out the on-line return request a week ago and have not yet gotten a response so hopefully will get some information soon regarding the return so I can order a firmer model.My husband has been sleeping on the floor on the old mattress since then.

I've had chronic back trouble for decades and sleep on my side and this mattress is the first one that I don't wake up every few hours and have to readjust myself. I also am hot natured so I was a little leery about memory foam but we put a nice mattress pad on it and I've been plenty cool. Definitely recommend this product.
