These were not tasty at all, not sweet I ended up sprinkling Splenda on them to avoid throwing them away....Sorry but true

I use these for protein drinks and they are just perfect. They have a great taste and are just the right size.

I add them frozen to my water to give it flavor. I place in bottom of tumbler then top with ice and beverage. I eat them after drinking the water. So delicious and refreshing.
