The product is fantastic, but the customer service was terrible at the pick up location. I was on the phone for two hours talking to everybody at the curb side service asking if we could transfer the order to a delivery got hung up on four times.

Kingsford charcoal lighter is actually a name which speaks for itself. The only thing I can add to this review is the value for your money. Buy this package and always have plenty on hand, we like to get our new package when the 2nd one (bottle ) has been cracked open. My husband likes using charcoal the most for grilling out
