Great burgers! I did add a little salt, pepper and garlic then added our toppings. This is great for a busy mom to put a quick and easy dinner on the table.

Thin patties that fit nicely on regular bun. Cooks quicker as they are thin. Season for taste.

Poor grind I understood that they were 75/25 poor flavor fat usually means flavor!

These are not very seasoned. You absolutely need more!
