Item matched the description

When I got this the first thing that happened is the wheel broke. When I called the company that said that the rack was not meant to roll. So if that is so then why put wheels on it?
This is VERY disappointing.

Purchased the larger one because it was cheaper, but it was too large for my space. This size was great & easy to assemble. I use for grand toddler's toys, they can see, they can retrieve & put away, toy boxes did not work for me.Too shelves for playdough & marker & things they must ask for. For mopping underneath, the wheels are great.
