This is a very good cheese and I doubt that you will find a better one anywhere near Santa Fe. Great with both red and green chili! Give the kiddos a great grilled cheese sandwich using this and then enjoy the compliments you will receive

Best cheese i have ever tasted. I want to go to Oregon to give my thanks to the manufacturer. I started making Kraft pimento cheese spread when they stopped making it & with Tillamook cheese. It is far superior! Great cheese I highly recommend.

I have been buying this cheese for many years. It tastes really good and has no chemical taste or after taste. My grandsons love it. Really good value for money.

I really enjoy this in my home made street tacos. Just the right sharp flavour to make authentic Tijuana street tacos. I usually buy 2 blocks because my family enjoys it so much

It is definitely a sharp cheddar. It isn't super salty. The packaging is very recognizable. It isn't a hard cheddar, it is just like their regular cheddar.

BLAH! I have noticed the quality slipping in the last couple of months, but what I bought last week was horrible! The texture was more like a cheap American sliced cheese, and the taste was VERY bland. I did a quick online search to find I am not the only one that is complaining. Sorry Tillamook, I'm moving on.
