Not the best tasting Canadian bacon and once you open the package you need to use pretty quickly or it goes bad regardless of the expiration date. It's also a lot for 1 family to eat in time before it expires. The widow between opening the pack and using it before it gets slimy and spoiled is about 7 days so I won't be buying this again.

I freeze all but a few at a time since its uncured and will spoil quickly. We are a family of 2.
