These were a bit lean for my taste. Tried cooking in the air fryer and they were super dry. Pan fired with some butter and it was somewhat better.

Tasty, but years ago, you use to get more. This is a good healthy choice, low in calories, and high in protein!

The “new” store brand Canadian Bacon is bland, thinly sliced and less favorable than the previous Jones Farm’s brand. Will not buy again.
