I’ve used several brands, do I see a big difference?? absolutely not. But I use this in pretty much all my gravy’s. Including my own injecting seasoning. I would recommend.

I had been using a different brand of Worcestershire sauce, but I'm making the switch to Lea and Perrins because the quality and flavor is outstanding! I marinated some burgers with this Worcestershire sauce and they came out really good. Now I'm thinking of what other recipes I can incorporate this sauce into.

I was going to mix in brown sugar but had none so I did equal parts sauce and honey Alison with salt, pepper and garlic. I was surprised that it tasted really well together. I didn’t care for the flavor on its own though. It’s a sour, salty and kind of bitey sauce but it does a great job at adding flavor!
