You may not be able to spell or pronounce it properly, but Worcestershire sauce is definitely the way to go for marinating or just eating with your steak!

It's been years and now I'm beginning to realize why this was the only Worcestershire sauce that my mom would buy when I was growing up. Lea & Perrins is most definitely a superior sauce! You can really taste the top shelf quality of the ingredients. We used this to caramelize onions and mushrooms for our steak omelets and the smell, taste and color was AMAZING. I love to use this is marinades for my meats from steak to chicken and pork.

Seriously elevates the flavor of your food. Oh and it gives off such a beautiful aroma! I made some meatloaf the other day and added a few splashes of this and it came out magnificent! Seriously you can’t go wrong with this brand. And Worcestershire sauce isn’t something you want to buy cheap to just save some money. Go for quality! Trust me it’s worth it!

It was nice to revisit this classic in a taco recipe, instead of the usual burger or meatloaf, and it added a sweet, tangy depth of flavor to my ground turkey meat. I also especially especially appreciate the consistency of its branding and packaging and how it's a nod to the history of the way it was shipped long ago. This will always be a staple in my pantry.

Marinades, rubs, looking for a little extra something to set off that nice steak or add a different flavor to everyday meatloaf…this is your best friend. Wanna try making your own beef jerky but don’t know how to season it…THIS! I have a few pieces of meat marinading right now I’m a little bit of this and some apple smoke dry rub and I can’t wait to cook it up!!
