unnecessary artificial dye

the ingredients are not listed on the website so I didn't catch it before I purchased it, but there is unnecessary dye in this. My son and I are allergic to artificial dyes, so my husband and other two children can eat this. There is no reason to dye blueberries, and if you wanted to add more dye, why not use beet or carrot juice as other companies are starting to do.

Wonderful flavor and lots of berries

I buy these every time I'm at Sam's. They have a great blueberry flavor and lots of blueberries in them. I love the texture, which is a firm bite-through. You can't find bagels as good as these, for this price, anywhere that I am aware. They are awesome toasted with butter on them!

Where have the real blueberries gone?

My family and I have been huge fans of these bagels and buying them regularly for the past two years. Either we've had family members purchase in store, or I've ordered it online. Until as recent as Feb 2024, the bagels are your classic New York style bagels: a hard crust and slightly tacky, full of real blueberries that color the entire bagel a shade of bluish-purple when real, non-frozen blueberries are used in baking. I don't know what happened recently, or if vendors have changed, but these bagels now [Mar 2024] are BAD. You might as well pick up Thomas Bagels because these don't seem like they are bakery-/deli-quality bagels. Sam's, if you are reading this, *please* bring back the old bagels and/or please go back to the old vendor. These new bagels are terrible.

Learn how to cut in half

The bagels themself are good. But, they either need to cut them in half (4/5 top and 1/5 bottom) or leave them uncut.

Why dyes?

Here to also complain about the dyes. Why companies deem this necessary is beyond me. Take them out
