Usually a good buy but was moldy the day I opened it and the expiration date wasn’t for 4+ months out.

We love this 2-lb multi-pack of cheeses, and purchase it many times during the year. Excellent melters on burgers or in "gourmet" grilled cheese sandwiches, where ONE kind of cheese just doesn't suffice.

Tastes great! The pepper jack is actually spicy too which was a nice surprise. There was none left at the party we served it at. I used it to add to a quick charcuterie board.

The portions don’t match the number of slices. I had too many slices because each item was marked as 8 servings of one ounce when the slices were actually smaller than one ounce.
