Precut slices are perfect size. It’s dryer than block cheese but convenient.

While my family enjoys these packaged cheeses very much, the seals on these bags are inconsistent. I buy a few packages at a time. When I reach into my garage fridge for the next package, I have often found the seal broken and the cheese moldy, well before the expiration date.
