Member's Mark Cracker Cut Cheese Variety Tray, 2 lbs.

Bought for a party tray. Only had to add crackers.

Beware of Mold

The pepper cheese did not have much flavor. The Swiss was a bit hard

The package said best by 3/15/2022 - I brought it straight home from the store and put it in my fridge.  Went back to get it out, the entire package was  MOLDED!

PRODUCT MOLDED 4 MONTHS BEFORE EXPIRATION DATE!

I discovered that most kids only eat yellow cheese so this tray has a great selection and a great thickness.  I bought 2 for a grad party, cut each long piece in half, and had it on platters in the fridge ready to pull out.  I should have had 3 packs.  The price was great for a 2 pound pre-sliced pack.
