Expensive considering it molds very quickly but it is convenient when you have a bunch of people show up

Some varieties are best aside the typical cheddar so this is great for party platters and even everyday munchies for those who like variety.

This is a good cheese tray and we have used it a number of times. After it is open for a week or so the cheese will start to dry out.

The only problem wasn’t a problem at all - the slices were so big we cut them in half. The tray went twice as far at our party.

Had to return the pack of cheese cause it was moldy had a good date on it but I didn’t check it for mold and I should have what is the returned
