Started molding in kess than a week, unopened.

I opened the package the day after purchasing it and it was covered in mold.

Buyer beware, most of the cheese was green and moldy.

Slices fit perfectly in bread for sandwiches. They are thicker slices which made them melt leaving a nice covering on meat.

I really like this combo of cheeses. Pepper Jack has a little bite. The Cheddar, Colby and swiss are all great for sandwiches or on crackers.
