The cheese had mold all over it. I returned it today, very disappointed. I have being doing drive up pick since I am elderly this moldy cheese forced me to go into the store on a busy Saturday and stand in slow moving return line.

Perfect size for snacking or entertaining. For stress free entertaining or just snacking at home or at school its the perfect size and great for kids to grab and go.

Cheese is good, but sometimes when you open it up some of the cheese will start showing mold within a few days. Even when the date to use has not been meant.

Cheese slices are very nice sizes. Not too think which makes sandwiches perfect As 1 slice does the trick. Also making a cheese board these slices can be cut in half and are Perfect Size for a larger cracker.

I took this to a potluck. I ended up with a lot of the pepper jack left. Fortunately, I found someone who likes it because I do not. The other chesses in the assortment are great.

This is a great cheese for a quick snack. No need to get out the cutting board and knife. Open the bag and “peel” off a slice! Is this comparable to an amazing Humbolt Fog or Cambazola Blue? No, but it comes in handy for a simple, healthy snack.
