We used this on an extensive appetizer buffet. For our purposes the slices were too large. We stacked each variety of slices and cut them in two, so we had twice as many "squares" rather than the larger rectangles. Well received. Would definitely buy again.

Cut each piece in thirds so the size would perfectly fit on crackers. Arranged on a nice platter with crackers and horseradish mustard. Guests enjoyed this very much and commented that their favorite cheeses were included. Made a very large beautiful platter. I was impressed with the quality and value!

I love the Cheese Collection, and my favorite is the ColbylJack Cheese. I like the other two types also. The price was excellent, and I especially loved the variety. The only thing that I would have preferred was better packaging, as it was difficult to manage. I think that maybe if each type of cheese had been packed separately in the overall package, it would be much better, and that way all three wouldn't be exposed, and easily closed in it's own packaging. The quality of each type of cheese was excellent, and like I said the price was so very affordable.

The cheese is fine, but I wish they had a better sandwich cut variety pack, including American. At one time they did. I think it was labeled as a pack for cookouts and included American, Cheddar, Swiss, and maybe Pepper Jack all cut thinner for sandwiches. I preferred that to this.

Each time we have purchased this product the cheese gets moldy just after a few days. The inproper care at store level is attributed to this. It seems as though the cheese has been frozen and then thawed for retail sale. We have had to throw it out well before consumption date.

This was to add to the charcuterie tray for my wedding reception. I wanted to prepare some items to my appetizer table….which would be in addition to catered foods. Worked out really well. Wanted to offer a few other snacks as it was for my wedding to my first date over 60+ yrs ago. Sam’s club helped this 75 yr old to put a personal touch to the appetizer table!

I got these here to make a charcuterie board for my stepdaughter’s baby reveal and was really impressed by them that we have got them for thanksgiving and Christmas as well I personally cut the bit size pieces in half the are the perfect bit size and snack full of flavor.

I have purchased this item multiple times, but the last two times the cheese has begun to mold well before the sell by date even though neither had been opened. In the past, it would keep for a long time, so I liked to keep one or two packages on hand for company or various recipes. It really is a great item overall and I don't know why it has not kept as well recently. And yes, it was kept refrigerated.

These cheese slices were average in flavor and sliced way too thickly to use for a cheese and crackers appetizer. I won't buy them again. I was looking for something ready-to-go but had to slice each one into thirds so it wasn't so much cheese. The brand Sam's previously carried was much better.
