Tires are great, Sams installation is GREAT! Pirelli at the time offered a $100 Rebate which there rebate partner -mypayment vault-gives you a virtual card that does not work at Sams, Walmart, or Amazon1 Buyer beware if you are using this to decide between tires !!!!!

The tires are not quality tires. There is to much noise and rough ride. The hub caps were changed to lesser quality! I went back and spoke with man that sold them too me. It appears hub caps were switched. Back tires look smaller than front ones. I plan to pursue this when I am well.

A week ago, I had a flat tire and went to the Sam's club store - Saint Louis Sam's Club Sam's club, %238182 13455 Manchester Rd Saint Louis, MO 63131 They repaired the tire, free, because I purchase all my tires from Sam's club. Next week I have broken belt on same tire and they declined to replace it prorated. Instead they asked me to buy four new tires and even after talking with the manager of the store (she has no idea and just confirmed the words of the lade from tire and battery department). So bad experience with this store.

I bought the tires and scheduled appointment to install. Just an hour before my appointment, they called me, they were overbooked and came at different times. They didn't install properly after i went in different time and it was air leak after installation. they still not fixed once, twice .... after multiple appointments cancellation and rebooking

I have always purchased M tires but decided to try the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 and sure glad I did. I know that tires can affect ride and handling performance, but these were a night and day difference. I’ve been buying tires for over 40 years and this is the first time that a tire made this much of an impression. All future tires will be Pirelli Scorpion’s no matter the price… nuff said.

I had an horrible experience due to a gentleman at the Lakeshore location giving me the wrong info due to his unprofessional action. I drove up came in and told him I was told I was loosing air due to a dry rot tire. The other young man inputting my info asked how many tires I needed. And I immediately looked over and asked the First Gentleman and ask if he had looked at all my tires and he said yes all are dry rot. I said really some did look good to me. I expected to by 2 tires. They told me the tires should be in, in a couple of days and someone would call me. More than a week passed and I went by there. No something happened and they should be in tomorrow. They are going to come on the weekend? Yes we don’t close said the man. (The same man that ordered them at first) He then gave me a 2pm appointment that Sunday. I showed up with my husband and the tires were put on. They called me back to close the transaction, then said those other tires were not dry rot and I could had made another trip on them. (I had mentioned why I needed them to be checked when I was in) I was in shock and actually asked them to put my tires back on. Of course they said they couldn’t because they were special ordered. What could we do. So I asked if they had checked the spare and selected a tire that would be put on if it was necessary. Well we could not unless you gave us permission. Well you have it now, was my response. Tire brand new, okay no problem. Now I am sitting car and pull off and my pressure light is on, so I take a circle around to see if it would go off, it doesn’t. I went back in and asked the young man what pressure was put in my tires. He told me 35psi. I knew then that did not check for my specific tire pressures. I had checked and gave it to him. I believe I said 37psi in the front and 38psi in the back. After they added the air pressure I left saying to my husband you can get your tires there but I don’t think I will ever go back there for tires. That was too much!

These are the absolute worst tires I have ever purchased. As soon as we got on the interstate we could instantly tell that there was something wrong. Upon inspection we discovered that the back passenger tire had 10lbs more air than the other 3 tires. Assuming this would fix the incredibly rough ride we proceeded on our way home. Unfortunately this only helped marginally. Made sure all lugs were tight. Went back to Sam's the next day to discuss our concerns with how rough the ride is. Made an appointment for the following week. Back 2 tires were not balanced. Got back on the interstate only to feel every little imperfection in the road. Turned around and went back. Back 2 tires were out of balance again. The employees tried to balance again but this did not help. I called them instead of turning around again. This time they ordered 2 new tires for the back saying that they must be defective. Once they came in I got an appointment and was taken in as soon as I arrived. To my disappointment I was charged installation on both tires that they said were defective. This was through no fault of my own so I do not feel that is was right to charge me installation for these tires. But that is not the worst part. My car still has the same vibration as before. Funny thing is before I left the employee told me if this did not fix the issue than I must have a bad wheel. That's funny because 2 weeks ago when I drove my car to Sam's to get these new tires I had absolutely no vibration and I was riding on 4 Hankook Dynpro tires that were on the car when I bought it in November 2020. How could it be that tires that were 5 years old and well worn rode significantly better than a brand new set of Pirelli tires. So they already had an excuse for these tires before I even left. I would be embarrassed to sell tires that ride this rough. You feel every little imperfection in the road. I would not recommend these tires to anyone nor at this point would I recommend buying tires at Sam's Club.
