I purchased this transport wheelchair to replace another one that was getting old and this one weighs 9 pounds less. This was very important as I am a very petite woman that takes my mother around and in and out of the car can get heavy. We also like the cup holder in the arms that allow you to push up to a table. Folding the back down and the leg rest in also very easy.

very dangerous chair because it dies not have licking brakes in arm handle. only brakes in the push handle. seats should have mire if a cushion because you feel oain rolling over a small rick. I have already given the chair away. almost fell several times. don't buy this chair, it's very unsafe.

Love the way this chair is made....the cup holder, the footrests, the angled arms, and the hook on the back for hanging your purse. It is light enough for me to pick up and put in and take out of my car trunk. I purchased it to transport my friend, who is in a nursing home, to lunch and to run errands. I haven't used it yet, but am sure it will meet my friend's needs

Very good for travel into a Dr Office or similar. Hard to do a heavy person over a threshold, but good buy for the money spent. I would want a better quality if the transport chair was needed permanently. It is easy to lift and get in and out of a back seat

This wheelchair is light and easy to set-up and fold-up. I am able to easily lift it to put in the back of my truck. My recommendation would be to design wider wheels for easier use and most likely this will extend the life of the wheelchair/wheels. I am using the wheelchair to push my loved one on sidewalks. This includes using the visual impairment ramps that are at each crosswalk. The narrow tires do not easily roll over uneven sidewalks and the visual impairment ramps. This would be a tremendous upgrade. Please let me know if you make this change because I would purchase the wheelchair again. Thank you.

This wheelchair is perfect for our needs! My mom is finding it hard to walk and this wheelchair makes it so easy for me to get her to her appointments. It is so lightweight and easy to fold and get in and out of the car. Makes our lives so much easier.

I bought this in hopes that it would be easier for me to get around in instead of the regular manual wheelchair with the two big wheels, but it is actually harder. It’s taller than the other one so my feet barely reach the floor to pull myself. The back wheel brakes don’t hold as well either. It is lighter though. I’ll give you that.

I like everything about this product. It had some poor reviews, but WM has a great return policy so I bought it. It was delivered to the door, with a handle, making it easy for me on crutches to lift the only 15lb box into the house. All I had to do was flip up the back and click into place. I'm using it in the house and had no need to install the foot rests or cup holder. It is more than wide enough for a 147lb size 10 woman and easy enough to turn in the kitchen area. The box will act as a storage box for the chair. Glad I bought it.

This is perfect to throw in the trunk of the car and take my elderly mother with me. Where beforehand she would simply refuse to go on trips that would require a lot of walking on her part. Now she goes and if she wears out, she simply sits in the chair for us to push her around.

Only a 3 star at present as have yet to use it. However, easy to put together. I can lift it which is vital. The color options are good as color gives people a moral boost over a somber black. But if you don't care about that black is fine, no difference in performance. It fits through the door as my door is narrow, which is also vital. So far, so good. Mine doesn't have the hand brakes, but all do have the wheel brake.
