Handlebar has a spring loaded button which must go through hole to stabilize, bought two and both had same problem. Finally press fitted it with a c-clamp and it has been working very well. Small size makes it easier to manipulate thru doorways and around corners.

I purchased this wheelchair as a lightweight alternative to the traditional wheelchair so that I could maneuver in and out of the vehicles on my own it is lightweight and easy to transport but today with less than four months of light to moderate usage, the front wheel fell off it cannot be reattached, and there was absolutely no reason for it to have fallen/broken off.

To help my sister, who can no longer stand or walk safely, I needed a lightweight transport chair. (We are both older women, 5'1" tall weighing about 120 pounds.) The chair arrived sooner than expected with no problems. In general I think that, with care, it will serve its purpose adequately in that I can fold and unfold it, lift it into my car and push my sister on smooth surfaces easily. (We have not yet tried it in more difficult situations.) Being able to position it at a dining table is an important feature to us. Its big defect is its stupidly designed and poorly manufactured brakes. To lock the brakes requires pushing the lever toward the back of the chair, an awkward maneuver that's opposite the way most wheelchairs operate. Seated, my sister is unable to lock the wheels herself. Trained caregivers at first fumbled with the brakes because they worked opposite the expected way. Releasing the brakes is much easier. This is a hazard. Important safety devices should follow intuitive standardized designs so that users can operate them quickly and correctly! Brakes also show poor quality control. One operates with moderate pressure but the other is so stiff that I have to stoop down facing toward the back of the chair to exert enough pressure to lock it. Another safety warning: all lightweight chairs I tried, this one included, are easy to push sideways or rotate even when the wheels are locked. If the user exerts any lateral pressure on the arms while transferring, the chair will move possibly causing a fall. Be careful.

This is perfect for my elderly mother . She is elderly and can't walk very well. We use this when we go out . It is easy to maneuver and is very lightweight. She says it's very comfortable. She loves it so much she even uses it as a chair at home . The cup holder and little pouches are a plus too .

I am so glad I bought this for my mother. It is so easy to maneuver. Much easier to take her places now that she doesn't get tired from pushing her walker. Very happy with this purchase. The foot rest and cup holder are a huge plus. Folds easily and fits into car trunk with ease.

Light weight and well made. My only issue with this chair is my daughter is only 5’3” and can’t put her feet flat on the floor in this chair. It’s a problem for her but it would be a blessing for someone that’s taller because some chairs are not built well for tall people. If you’re tall I highly recommend this chair.

I like everything about this product. It had some poor reviews, but WM has a great return policy so I bought it. It was delivered to the door, with a handle, making it easy for me on crutches to lift the only 15lb box into the house. All I had to do was flip up the back and click into place. I'm using it in the house and had no need to install the foot rests or cup holder. It is more than wide enough for a 147lb size 10 woman and easy enough to turn in the kitchen area. The box will act as a storage box for the chair. Glad I bought it.

Just received today. delivered two days before promised. Super easy to assemble. Opens and folds up easily and is lightweight as advertised. Chair seems comfortable enough and footrests are adjustable. I am glad I made this purchase. Price quite reasonable, and product seems well made.

I purchased this transport wheelchair to replace another one that was getting old and this one weighs 9 pounds less. This was very important as I am a very petite woman that takes my mother around and in and out of the car can get heavy. We also like the cup holder in the arms that allow you to push up to a table. Folding the back down and the leg rest in also very easy.

This wheelchair is lightweight. I am so pleased that it came all together ready to go. My husband loves it! When hes ready to get into the car I fold it up and put it in my Chevy Spark. This is a super chair. My husband weighs 175 and is 6 ft. He fits in beautifully and the foot holders do lock. The chair also has locks. This was my life saver!
