Ultra Lightweight Transport Wheelchair, Burgundy

Bought one for my Aunt and now her Sister in law asked me to order them one. Not only is it so lightweight at 14 pounds but it’s also collapsible from the handles and the foot rest so it has a very small footprint. I can actually fit it behind the driver seat of my car because those foot rest are not sticking out. Since it is so small, I don’t have to lift it all the way to the height of a trunk anymore, just to the door jam and put it behind my seat. This is an exceptional piece of equipment. Additionally, the Sam’s Club price is about half of what the medical equipment supply wanted for This exact chair.

This chair is very easy to assemble; there are very few parts (The instruction booklet diagrams are not that helpful; but they also were not needed.) Be sure to push down on the brake handles firmly until you hear them snap into place. I appreciate the ability to hang a purse or backpack the back with the ring and carabiner hook; and another hook of your own could be added. There are also two small pockets and a pouch in the back for a cellphone or wallet, or small juice bottle. I think this chair is going to be easy to use and has helpful features, such as the slanted arm rests that will fit under a dining table, and a cupholder.
