I purchased a bag of Bolillos on Thursday, 3/9/2023 in the afternoon. I opened the package when I arrived home and every single bun was stale on the bottom. That's easily fixed, but aggravating. Today, Monday, 3/13/2023 the remaining buns are growing mold so badly, the buns need to be tossed. I don't know what it is about the Marshall Rd location in San Antonio, but when it comes to most fresh foods in any department the spoilage rate is higher than other stores. District management or higher needs to take care of the issue.

Moldy Bread

These bolillo rolls looked so good, but did not get to try them. Had them for 2 days and they got all got moldy.

Really good and glad I bought them, only issue was that the bread got mold after having it at home for 3 days!

They went all moldy by the 4th day. Need to them all by the 1st or 2nd day after purchasing or refrigerate them.

We love these for sandwiches or even burgers. Oh wow so good especially toasted. They freeze well just thaw before cutting or stick them in a warm oven to thaw faster.

rolls are extremely small they use to be twice a size price is the same and count is same

If you put them in the cooler they'll last longer
