[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bolillo bread is so deliciously good it’s a perfect amount of chewiness. It’s fresh nice and soft on the inside. It has a great labor easily packaged in a bag to restore away and the value is amazing. Only seven dollars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bollilo rolls are fresh and tasty! The crust is firm but not hard, while the inside is soft. We use the rolls sliced for sandwiches. They would work well for saucy sandwiches because they don't fall apart. They taste especially good toasted!

You can put several different meats on this roll the texture bread super fresh packaged well you kinda want to eat these with a group of people they will go bad fast, but I absolutely love them not bad for the price 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Central American style bolillo roll has a similar flavor at the Mexican bolillo, we usually enjoy it in a Mexican carne asada torta or with ham, vegetables and cheese like a sandwich- torta, so good! The packing maintains the bolillo fresh. Price it’s not bad at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bolillos tasted great, not much different than mexican-style bolillos but smaller. I found them great for breakfast "tortas" and splitting them in half with some butter and toasted on a comal lol.

Once we got it home and later ate it, it but it felt too dry. We had to add a drink to it or add a spread to it. We like it better when it’s really fresh. It’s a lot for the price.

The packaging gets the rolls a bit squishy if you don't store them right, but that's pretty much any bread packaging. My kids loved these served with a side of butter with their dinner.

We bought these to take on vacation with us to the beach and they were the perfect bread for lunch sandwiches. I only wished they lasted longer as far as the freshness. You get 18 in a pack so it's hard to eat them all with a family of 3. These are perfect for a large function.
