This towels are absorbent. I have quite a few.

I have had these towels for a year or two, and although they have remained soft and fluffy, they look atrocious. These have been exclusively washed with other towels (nothing with zippers, bra hooks, etc.) and there are loose threads everywhere. This is super disappointing, because I'm generally really impressed with the quality of Members Mark products. I attempted to upload photos, but conveniently, the file is either "too large" or "an error occured".

The worst part about linens is if they are terrible you can’t take them back. It’s customary to wash towels when you first purchase them, so I did. Why hasn’t anyone mentioned that they crumble, there is lint all over my house, I spent an hour trying to get the lint off my clothes and out of my washer. It’s the type of lint that has to be shaved off clothes. It also will not come off the towels. Such a waste of money. Don’t buy these. I’m taking back a blanket I bought here too, I just don’t trust linens from Members Mark Brand anymore.

I bought these towels about two weeks ago and they are very thick. Oversized they are not, since they are only a standard width (30") but they are slightly longer than what is average. The biggest problem, and why I gave them only 4 out of 5 stars is that nearly 18" is wasted in the decorative stitching, leaving both ends nearly useless for wiping your face when you wrap yourself while getting dried off. Maybe a lot less attention to "style" and more attention to functionality would have been appropriate from the consumer's point of view and use.

I bought one of these towels and washed it with my blankets and other towels. This one towel shed like absolute crazy. Like nothing I have ever seen before. I have lint all over my blankets, socks, etc. I've bought a depilling comb to try and salvage what I can. This one single towel has brought absolutely nothing but a major headache. I'm seriously furious about this.

The quality of these Hotel Premier Luxury Bath Towels has changed & definitely for the WORSE!! They are very low quality vs what they were a couple of years ago when I first purchased them; now they are thin & the texture is rough. I am VERY disappointed & will be returning them.
