It looks and feels like a very top of the line, expensive bath towel. It is so thick and soft, and very plush. It doesn't even feel like you are drying off with a towel. But I was thoroughly impressed with this towel the first time I used it! It's a very rich, beautiful color, plush, thick pile and absorbent, yet very soft. The size is perfect! If you prefer heavy duty, thick towels these are the ones you want. As far as shedding, I have not noticed any issues yet. Overall, I am very impressed and will be purchasing more so that I can own a whole set.

I felt as if it came from a 5 star luxury hotel and really it came from Sam's. It's large enough to go 1.5 times around my body and I'm a larger female. After the first washing the towel fluffed up big time!
