These are not half as good as the pasture raised eggs you’re trying to replace. Tge yolks are not flavorful, tge whites are watery, tge shells are weak and tge white tissue attacked to tge yolks are impossible to remove. Just stay away from these eggs. Please bring back the oasture raised eggs.

These eggs were really weird ? They were a really weird texture, never seen anything like it ! I’ve been a professional chef for 40 years and cooks tons of egg’s throughout my profession and can honestly say there’s something wrong with eggs ! The taste for bland ( didn’t even taste like an egg and the texture was really bizarre, like plastic / rubber.

Most of the times, the eggs are fresh. However the color of egg yolk is so light, i wonder if it is a true cage free statement.

They are pretty good but consistently have drops of blood in them so don't think they are “candled” efficiently in quality control.

I can't eat eggs other than organic. Other eggs smell so bad, I would vomit.
