I bought last July, use few times for 2-3 hours each time was used. Hadit in the shed for the winter. I smelled electrical smoke and thought it was my outlet, didn’t think nothing about the pressure washer then. The pressure is as expected. Just bought it today and have already used it. First use first 30 minutes = one broken wheel from sitting still. I didn't even get to pull it. Hopefully the rest of it last longer. The wheels are definitely cheaply made.

It took a long time to seat the attachments and after finally getting the soap attached, I had a really hard time getting it off. Something fell off when I finally did get it off and when I tried to get it on for the second car, well, I think it's broken. In the end, I can't say the cars are even clean. Who ever designed this should be fired!

pressure washers are very touchy. Unfortunately I have found that all of the electric brands made overseas (China, etc.) will often start leaking after a few uses, and this was no exception. My leak was just below where the pressure hose attaches to the trigger/gun, assembly. I had sprayed the day before when it was brand new, for about 10 minutes, just testing it out. Now im headed back to sams club for a return/exchange. Hopefully this next one will last longer, but who knows. I spent the extra $15 for the extended warranty (which I never buy). So at least I will be covered for 3 years... but what a pain having to worry each time if it will be leaking. And its a BAD leak...

It came with lots of parts but helpful directions which made it easy to assemble and use.
