It took a long time to seat the attachments and after finally getting the soap attached, I had a really hard time getting it off. Something fell off when I finally did get it off and when I tried to get it on for the second car, well, I think it's broken. In the end, I can't say the cars are even clean. Who ever designed this should be fired!

pressure washers are very touchy. Unfortunately I have found that all of the electric brands made overseas (China, etc.) will often start leaking after a few uses, and this was no exception. My leak was just below where the pressure hose attaches to the trigger/gun, assembly. I had sprayed the day before when it was brand new, for about 10 minutes, just testing it out. Now im headed back to sams club for a return/exchange. Hopefully this next one will last longer, but who knows. I spent the extra $15 for the extended warranty (which I never buy). So at least I will be covered for 3 years... but what a pain having to worry each time if it will be leaking. And its a BAD leak...

Overall power washer worked okay. We keep having trouble with hose staying tight on wand and spraying water out of the bottom. Just keep pliers handy. Soap attachment should be left out of the box. Doesn't clip on good and falls of constantly getting soap on driveway, garage, etc. Good to have for a quick car wash or spray off light duty jobs.

Company does not honor the warranty. Wand is broken, they said the part is on back order (has been for at least 7 months now), and they said they could give me a coupon to order a new one if I mail the unit back to them. Evidently the unit I have is also stuck in China.

Used once then it started spurting and would not turn off. Afraid to use again

It does everything I need and exceeds my expectations. Glad I bought it.

Nice little power washer. Easy to assemble.

Parts holder falls off, decided to super glue them on.

Great quality product and get the job done

It came with lots of parts but helpful directions which made it easy to assemble and use.
