Agree with all the negative reviews about the cheap plastic parts. My spray wand sprung a leak about 1 1/2" above the brass quick connect collar. Sun Joe support says it'll be six to eight weeks until they have a replacement.

Purchased this in store and have used it on our cement pool deck and the deck was black in areas and cleaned it like magic! I highly recomment it! Even cleaned a cement bird bath back to like new condition!

Worked fine 2 weeks ago, went to turn it on again, and it's dead as a doornail, pump won't run. For how much this cost, it should have lasted longer than 2 years of light use (and always kept in an insulated garage).

I bought this yesterday. #1 hose is way too short. #2 It seems not to keep up with pressure. #3 running around with the cord and the hose is not very convenient. #4 gun has to be taken apart every time you want to use the soap disprenser.

Purchased washer. Used 2 times and stopped working. Will NEVER buy another one. Out of warranty because it sat for a while before using 1st time.
