I love sharp cheddar and Tillamook! It’s one of my favorite snacks to have on the go!

This cheese is about a sharp as velveeta. It has no bite at all. Look elsewhere if you like extra sharp cheddar.

I usually love this cheese. It’s my favorite. But, this block has no flavor, it’s too wet. I don’t think it was aged at all.  It’s more like a cheap imitation. Very disappointed.

I'm a stickler for cheeses. I was given this once at a party and I can no longer eat mild cheddar. This and normal sharp are going to make you melt and go to cheese heaven. It does melt very well, no difference. Its a bit stronger flavored but not like a blue cheese. Pairs superb with "board" items. This can also be brand specific! This is by far the top brand for best flowers ever!
