Love Tillamook Cheese, it's the best.

Good cheese, only you are getting a smaller portion for the same price.

I was expecting more sharpness so I was disappointed.

Block Cheese is much better and healthier to grate, chop, slice your way thru this Extra Sharp High Flavor Cheese.

Took a couple of weeks to unwrap this and was surprised to find some mold. This was not a problem, just cut off the mold and placed the cheese in my smoker.

Was moldy when opened.

Compares favorably to Cabots! They both bite back.
