I really like the Tillamook brand of cheeses. This extra sharp tastes delicious. It not too dry, it has the right amount of moisture in it. And the price is very hard to beat.

Actually 'extra sharp.' Great taste, cuts well; excellent as main attraction in a grilled cheese sandwich. One thin slice on a dry cracker before bedtime does the trick.

This is a very good cheese, especially for just plain eating. Although it does make a great grilled cheese, it doesn't always melt really well. But no cheese worth putting into your mouth melts well.

This is my favorite cheese but lately what you're selling is stale and bitter. I've taken to buying it at the grocery store and even that is not as fresh as it used to be.

The only better cheddar cheese is when it is produced as white extra sharp, but my store doesn’t stock this, save for sometimes at the holidays. If I only can have one kind of cheese, it would always be this baby loaf.
