[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, you can tell this is a special bottle just by the feel/weight of the bottle. I’m a huge Josh Cellars fan so I knew when I was trying their Reserve that I was going to be in for a treat. The Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich, vibrant color and packed with flavors. Some flavors that stood out to be were the hints of berry, vanilla, and slight smokiness. I definitely recommend letting it breathe for at least 30 min. Overall, fantastic wine and I’m impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bottle to give or receive. The Josh Reserve North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon is great to drink alone. (Maybe with a bit of dark chocolate.) It would also pair very nicely with a variety of meats, cheese or vegetables. The wine is full bodied with hints of berry. It has a lovey bouquet and is perfect to enjoy now!

Great red wine for the value. Not a cheap wine. A bit strong and bitter but I like it that way. Alcohol level is 14.2%. It would be great for any gathering or a quiet evening by yourself. It would also go well with a steak. I taste the grape and cherries but not the other flavors listed on the bottle which are hazelnut and mocha. It has a great taste and aroma. In all, I would definitely buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster, I was gifted this for my honest review. This Cabernet Savignon fit the bill for having a good red wine. This is something you can take to a dinner party or a night with friends. I am not a big wine connoisseur, but I do enjoy having a glass of wine with dinner or friends every once in a while. This one did not disappoint. It gave me a very nice smooth red wine that didn’t cause me to have any kind of stomach burn or ill taste whenever I drank it. This is very reasonably priced and something that I would see myself buying again in the future.

Perfect with red meats or even better in a roast. Perfect for those dinner parties that you want to break out something special. Recommend for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I agree with the description on the bottle about the Cherry notes and flavors. However, I didn’t find it to be “velvety” as they say. It seemed on the light side for a Cabernet Sauvignon and the dry tannins lingered in my mouth. Overall it was good, but it didn’t seem especially extraordinary. I’m not likely to repurchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a much better bitter taste then other wines at a stronger aroma, you need to pair it well with a strong tasting cheese, figs or fig jam, or a nice steak. I’d recommend this one for those who enjoy dry wines.

I’ve never been disappointed. The flavor and aroma is always consistent, the price is always great, and it fits with about any meal or occasion. I’d recommend any Josh wine.
