Good Product - SAM's Curbside Service is JOKE! I showed up at the appropriate time to only find that the Curbside was running at least 2 hours behind. Instead of waiting 2 hrs, I opted to cancel my order. I went into pick up a few items. Not my entire order - Sam's you are losing out on sales. There were several managers just standing around chatting when they could have been helping the 1 employee who was trying to fill orders as well as, taking them out to the customers at quickly as possible. This is not the first time this has happened to us. WHERE ARE THE MANAGERS??? Why are they not jumping in. Customer Service is so important and with Costcos opening down the street, I would think you'd be on your game. WAKE UP!
