Been using this cheese for the last 20 odd years never had a problem with it. Made Mac and cheese with last I purchased which taste great but cheese turned to liquid in mac and cheese and only returned to cheese consistency after cooling which has never happened to my mac and cheese before. I am just a novice making mac and cheese only been making it for approx. 55 years. Perhaps I need more experience. It was always great before but like most products I purchase in the cold section including meats at Sam's Club lately the quality has just gone to hell. The last Ribeye steak I purchased I stuck my fork in and could hardly get it out tougher than hell.
