I buy the 5 pound block every time I find it in stock...which is not easy. But I seem to get so much more than buying the grated bag and it last much longer with less effort!

This is my "go to" sharp cheese. It is as good as the "name brands" at 50 to 60% of the cost. It freezes well and makes very good toasted cheese sandwiches

This is very sharp cheddar. Excellent quality but strong. It should be if you want sharp cheddar.

It tastes good, we really like it, and buy one every week usually. Occasionally it is a bit crumbly, but overall, it is worth it, please keep it with the 5 pound variety!

Not as sharp as my family likes but it as a good flavor and melts well . Makes a excellent cheese sauce and the price is fantastic!

I used to buy the 5pound block of medium cheddar and it was much better but now all you have to sell is this sharp cheddar that is not as good.

Too expensive for the quality, not consistent in sharpness.
