I contacted the company looking to purchase a dozen replacement feet for my chairs and was pleasantly surprised to get them replaced at no cost. Very pleasant experience with the two men who helped me.

We originally ordered 12 of these chairs for our office kitchen and, as our staff grew, we needed to order more, so we purchased 4 more. They are sturdy, durable, and easy to keep clean. I highly recommend them.
